Alaskan Malamute Puppy Purchase Agreement – Dinork Kennels Ontario

At Dinork Kennels in Niagara, Ontario, we are a CKC-registered Alaskan Malamute breeder committed to ethical practices, transparency, and healthy, well-raised puppies. Below is a summary of the Puppy Purchase Contract that all families review and sign before bringing home their CKC-registered Malamute puppy.

CKC Registration Included

  • All Dinork Kennels puppies are Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) registered Alaskan Malamutes.

  • Registration papers are included at no extra cost, in compliance with Canadian law (papers must be delivered within 6 months).

Non-Breeding Agreement for Pet Puppies

  • Unless otherwise agreed, puppies are sold on a CKC Non-Breeding Agreement.

  • This protects the breed and ensures Dinork Kennels Malamutes are placed in loving family homes.

Spay/Neuter Policy

  • Pet Malamute puppies are expected to be spayed or neutered after maturity, as recommended by a veterinarian.

  • We do not require early spay/neuter; our goal is to support healthy, structurally sound Alaskan Malamutes.

Health Guarantee – Hips, Elbows & Eyes

  • 26 months coverage for hip and elbow dysplasia (OFA certified)

  • 24 months coverage for hereditary eye disease (annual OFA/CAER exam)

  • 10 days coverage for contagious illness after take-home

  • Families may choose a replacement puppy or refund of purchase price if a covered condition is confirmed

Return-to-Breeder Policy

  • If you can no longer care for your Malamute, the dog must be returned to Dinork Kennels.

  • This ensures that no Dinork Alaskan Malamute puppy is ever abandoned or surrendered to rescue.

Puppy Care & Training Agreement

  • Owners agree to provide regular veterinary care, vaccinations, grooming, and exercise.

  • Dinork Kennels strongly recommends early socialization and obedience training to set your puppy up for success.

Lifetime Breeder Support

  • Beyond the written health guarantee, Dinork Kennels offers lifetime support to families.

  • From feeding and grooming advice to training tips, we are here for you and your Alaskan Malamute in Ontario and beyond.
