
Alaskan Malamute Puppy Purchase Agreement – Dinork Kennels Ontario
At Dinork Kennels in Niagara, Ontario, we are a CKC-registered Alaskan Malamute breeder committed to ethical practices, transparency, and healthy, well-raised puppies. Below is a summary of the Puppy Purchase Contract that all families review and sign before bringing home their CKC-registered Malamute puppy.
CKC Registration Included

All Dinork Kennels puppies are Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) registered Alaskan Malamutes.

Registration papers are included at no extra cost, in compliance with Canadian law (papers must be delivered within 6 months).
Non-Breeding Agreement for Pet Puppies

Unless otherwise agreed, puppies are sold on a CKC Non-Breeding Agreement.

This protects the breed and ensures Dinork Kennels Malamutes are placed in loving family homes.
Spay/Neuter Policy

Pet Malamute puppies are expected to be spayed or neutered after maturity, as recommended by a veterinarian.

We do not require early spay/neuter; our goal is to support healthy, structurally sound Alaskan Malamutes.
Health Guarantee – Hips, Elbows & Eyes

26 months coverage for hip and elbow dysplasia (OFA certified)

24 months coverage for hereditary eye disease (annual OFA/CAER exam)

10 days coverage for contagious illness after take-home

Families may choose a replacement puppy or refund of purchase price if a covered condition is confirmed
Return-to-Breeder Policy
At Dinork Kennels, our highest priority is the lifelong well-being of every puppy we raise. We understand that circumstances can change, and we are always here to ensure our puppies are protected.
If, for any reason, a Buyer is unable or unwilling to keep their puppy, they must contact Dinork Kennels immediately. The puppy must be returned to Dinork Kennels and may not be resold, given away, or surrendered to a shelter or rescue.
Change of Mind Period:
If the Buyer changes their mind within 48 hours of taking the puppy home, Dinork Kennels will accept the puppy’s return to ensure its welfare. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided.
Return Conditions:
The puppy must be returned in good physical condition (excluding normal transition stress). All veterinary and vaccination records must accompany the return. Upon return, ownership permanently reverts to Dinork Kennels.
No Refunds & Finality of Return:
Once a puppy has been returned, no refunds or credits will be issued. Returned puppies will not be rehomed to the same individual or household again under any circumstances.
Rehoming Rights:
Dinork Kennels reserves full discretion to evaluate, rehabilitate, and rehome the puppy in a safe and permanent home.
Puppy Care & Training Agreement

Owners agree to provide regular veterinary care, vaccinations, grooming, and exercise.

Dinork Kennels strongly recommends early socialization and obedience training to set your puppy up for success.
