While our written health guarantee has specific coverage terms and timelines, our commitment to our puppy families extends well beyond the guarantee period. We remain available throughout your dog’s life for guidance, support, and questions.
Our Health Guarantee
Every Dinork puppy is covered by our written health guarantee. At the time of sale, the puppy is guaranteed to be healthy and free from known contagious disease.
Our health guarantee also provides 24 months of coverage from the puppy’s date of birth for serious congenital or genetic health defects that significantly affect quality of life, subject to the terms and conditions of our Puppy Purchase Agreement.
If a covered condition is confirmed in accordance with the Agreement, Dinork Kennels, at its discretion, will provide either a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available or a refund up to the original purchase price.
Our Approach to Health Screening
Health is an important part of our breeding decisions. Our program incorporates genetic screening, routine veterinary care, and breed-relevant health evaluations.
We believe in being transparent about our breeding dogs’ health-testing status. Individual profiles identify testing that has been completed as well as evaluations that are planned as our dogs reach the appropriate age and stage in our program.
Veterinary Examination for Every Puppy
Before going home, every Dinork puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian for overall health and development. Puppies also receive age-appropriate vaccinations, scheduled deworming and microchipping, with their health records provided to their new family.
